SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation from Sendcloud with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship From

We ship from three locations to minimise customs fees and delivery times:

• Switzerland → Swiss orders

• France → EU and international orders (except US/Canada)

• United States → US and Canadian orders

No Surprise Fees

Switzerland: No customs charges or additional VAT. The price at checkout is your final price.

EU: Orders ship domestically from France, so no extra customs duties or VAT apply. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

US & Canada: Orders ship domestically from the United States, so no extra customs duties apply. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

United Kingdom: Orders under £129 — LOVASKIN handles VAT, no surprise charges for you. Orders over £129 — local customs duties and VAT may apply upon reception and are the customer's responsibility.

Other regions: Local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are your responsibility.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

• France: 3–7 business days

• European Union: 5–7 business days

• United States: 3–5 business days

• Canada: approximately 7 business days

• DOM-TOM: 7–10 business days

• Other international destinations: 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation from Sendcloud with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your order within 7–10 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@lovaskin.com with your name and order number. We will investigate promptly.

Mondial Relay — France

If you choose Mondial Relay as your delivery method:

• Collection period: You have 5-8 days to collect your order from your chosen pickup point.

• Late collection fee: If you do not collect your order within 5-8 days, a €14.90 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return costs charged to us by Mondial Relay. This fee may be waived if you provide a valid reason for the delay.

• Distance exception: If your chosen pickup point is 5 kilometres or more from your home address, you are eligible for a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange this.

Undeliverable Orders

If your order cannot be delivered because you provided an incorrect shipping address, email address, or phone number, a €14.90 reshipment fee will be charged. Please verify all your information carefully before completing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us at contact@lovaskin.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging. We will reship the affected items at no additional charge.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, whether the product has been used or not. We cover return shipping costs — a prepaid return label will be provided. For complete details, please see our Returns and Refund Policy.
