Your Rights as an EU Consumer — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

When you purchase from LOVASKIN online, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This cooling-off period begins on the day you receive your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@lovaskin.com before the 14-day period expires. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs: During the 14-day legal withdrawal period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.

Refund timing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Our Extended 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your legal 14-day right, we offer an extended 30-day return policy for your peace of mind:

•       You may return products within 30 days of delivery, whether used or unused.

•       LOVASKIN covers return shipping costs — we will send you a prepaid return label by email.

•       Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return. No inspection required.

•       Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

•       You must contact us at contact@lovaskin.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic or hygiene products that have been opened after delivery. However, our own 30-day return policy covers opened products — so in practice, you can always return a product you have tried within 30 days.

Special Circumstances

Undeliverable orders due to incorrect information

If your order is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, email, or phone number, we will deduct the actual shipping and return costs from your refund.

Mondial Relay — uncollected parcels

If you chose Mondial Relay and did not collect your order within the 10-day pickup window, we will deduct €14.90 from your refund to cover the return costs charged to us by Mondial Relay.

2-Year Legal Guarantee

All products purchased from LOVASKIN are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against defects that existed at the time of delivery. This guarantee is separate from your right of withdrawal.

What is covered:

•       Product is defective or does not work properly

•       Product does not match the description provided

•       Product is not fit for its intended purpose

•       Product does not perform as advertised

How to make a claim:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@lovaskin.com immediately. If a defect appears within the first year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase.

Your remedies:

Under the legal guarantee, you can request at no charge: repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund. LOVASKIN covers all costs associated with defective products, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
